I am a design professional specializing in design leadership, design operations, and digital design. I am based in Helsinki, Finland.
Currently I am looking for a new role as a Design Lead, Design Manager or Design Operations Specialist.
8+ Years in Digital Design, 10+ in Journalism
I lead multidisciplinary teams, facilitate workshops, and build scalable design practices across in-house and consultancy settings. My strengths lie in
facilitation and organisation,
creating clarity,
structuring complex processes,
and enabling teams to do their best work.
I have experience leading design teams of 10–13 digital designers. Recently, as a consultant, I grew a team from three to ten designers, building a strong and collaborative design function for a multi-year public sector program. I created a tailored design process for the program, grounded in design thinking and built in collaboration with designers and other key stakeholders.
